After waiting almost 2 weeks for the seller to ship my order, the tote I received was not the one I ordered. I reached out to the seller, letting him know I didn't want my money back, all I wanted was the bag I ordered. I got no response and after a few days I messaged him again through Etsy customer service. Still no response. I finally escalated it and Etsy gave me my money back. So disappointed.
